The Kensington Hotel London

Beautiful hotel in a great location, with a delicious breakfast and a cozy bar. Our room was clean and well-equipped. We had a small issue with the room temperature, but it didn't affect our overall satisfaction. The staff was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. a fantastic experience.

I had the most very nice stay at a hotel in Kensington. Upon arrival, I was surprised with a good birthday cake and wine in my room, along with a kind card from the manager. The attention to detail and personal touch made me feel so valued and special. The highlight of my stay was the bed - I haven't slept so well in decades! The mattress was beyond comfortable, and I actually fell asleep within minutes, a rare feat for me. I reached out to the concierge, Sunny, after returning home to inquire about the bed's make and model, and he responded promptly with all the details and even provided links for me to purchase it. The service at the hotel was really good, including the attentiveness and resourcefulness of Vincent, another concierge. The entire staff ensured that all my needs were met with diligence and professionalism. The bathroom amenities were of high quality, and I was pleased with the well-equipped gym. my experience was excellent and I highly recommend this hotel.

The entrance is adorned with stunning flowers and the staff at both the entrance and reception are fantastic. The location is in a classy and safe neighborhood, with attractions like the Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall within walking distance. The hotel exudes coziness and elegance, and the friendly and knowledgeable concierge provides excellent service.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tube at South Kensington, with three different tube lines easily accessible. The well-appointed comfortable lounge area is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the staff provides impeccable service. Guests rave about the delicious breakfast and the impressive afternoon tea. There are also many positive comments about the attention to detail and the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel could benefit from improving the views from some of the rooms.

Staying at this hotel was an exquisite experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, the ambiance was cozy and luxurious. the service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was fulfilled, including a private in-room breakfast and access to exclusive facilities. the massage at the spa was heavenly, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the restaurant service. While the food was delectable, the wait time for service was a little long.

The hotel is situated in the beautiful neighborhood of South Kensington, just a short walk to the South Kensington station where you can easily access all of London. The staff was incredibly helpful and even recommended some fantastic Italian restaurants nearby. The location is also convenient to transportation links, making it easy to explore the city.

Some of the dining room staff could be a little more friendly.

Quick room change and late check out provided by understanding staff. Serene location close to attractions, restaurants, and the tube. Excited to return.

This hotel is simply incredible. the luxurious amenities provided were outstanding. the staff was attentive and made us feel at home. the location was perfect, with easy access to many interesting areas. the room advantages were exclusive and made our stay unforgettable. the massage service provided was unbelievably relaxing. the bar and lounge area were very comfortable and elegant. the restaurant served us the best meals we have ever had while travelling!

We had a minor issue with the size of our room. With two people carrying two bags, we had some difficulty in finding enough space to store them.

The location was fantastic, being very close to the South Kensington tube station and surrounded by a great area with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel welcome was well thought through and unexpected.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring various attractions such as the V+A, Natural History Museum, Royal Albert Hall, and Kensington Gardens. The public areas and breakfast room were lovely, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The rooms, although small, were beautifully maintained with luxurious bedding and a comfortable bed. The hotel's lounge and restaurant areas felt like stepping back in time to a more elegant era. The proximity to the South Kensington underground station and nearby restaurants made it convenient for us to get around and find dining options.

We had a wonderful experience during our New Year stay. The personalized service was really good, with helpful and conscientious staff. The cleanliness of the rooms was awesome, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, being both quiet and convenient for exploring the city. We also appreciated the turn down service with a thermos of hot water and a tea press. This added touch made our evenings more fun.

There were a few aspects that we were not entirely pleased with. upon arrival, we were shown a room that was below par, lacking curtains and located in a corner of the hotel.
